Marshmello ( Or Chris Comstock ) Is really one of the Artists that made me want to pursue Electronic Music, So like many Artists He started Small Uploading Songs to SoundCloud including Wavez and Find Me in 2015, he was then Noticed By Musicians such as Skrillex ( Woah ) When he Gigged at DOTD ( Day of the dead festival ) But then he wasn’t called Marshmello He was called DotCom, he still wore a bucket over his head just not as detailed. After all of that he released his first album Titled Joytime released on January 8th 2016, Keep it Mello ( Feat: Omar LinX ) Was Certified Gold by the RIAA. in 2016 Marshmello recorded one record ( And still only one ) With the Canadian Record Label Monstercat ( I am A huge fan of this record label ) Mabey you’ve heard the song it’s called Alone, To this day the music video on YouTube has 1.6 Not million, BILLION views ( Take that Pewdiepie ) and it was Certified Platinum in Canada and America. Also in 2016 Marshy Performed in the Electric Daisy Carnival with Tiesto, Who faked being Marshmello, A picture came out of both of them in the same costume ( But I’m still cool with him ). Soon after that Marshmello had the Ritual tour witch took Marshy to south Korea , China, India and Paraguay. After that Marshmello Created his own Record label Called JoyTime And of course the first person to be sighed was his good friend Shlushii ( As of today they’ve made three songs together: Twinbow, There2x and Put yo Hands up ). Not to long after that Marshmello made personally one of my favorite songs, Chasing Colors ( Feat: Noah Cyrus ), Then he released Moving On ( Official Release ), Marshy Announced that he was going to Collab with Rapper BlackBear and Pop artist Demi Lovato But that never happened ( Sad Face ) in 2017 He released Silence with R&B artist Khalid witch was Certified Double Platinum in three Countries ( America, New Zeeland and Belgium ) Triple Platinum In Canada, Quad Platinum in Sweden and ( Get ready ) Quintuple ( That’s 5 times ) in Australia ( Woah ). Later that year He Collabed With Pop Artist Selena Gomez in a song Titled wolves, It reached Top 10 in 20 country’s It was Certified Gold And Platinum in over 14 Countries Again. Marshy Got an Interview for Forbes Most people learned Marshmello’s First Named cause of SkrilleX Calling him Chris Multiple times ( But marshy was just fine ). Soon after that Marshmello did Song with Rapper Lil Peep ( RIP ) Only after talking with Peeps Mother Asking Him to release her sons unfinished work ( That’s Kinda Sad Bro I mean I don’t recommend listening to his music but it is Very Sad when you lose your kid to an overdose. Anyway back to Mello ). Shortly After Spotlight ( Oh That was the named of the song ) Marshmello Collabed with Pop singer Anne-Marie in Friends Witch went Gold And Platinum in 7 countries, After Friends Marshy Made a song With American Rapper Logic Titled Everyday. Soon after that Marshmello Made Fly and You can cry ( Feat: James Arthur and Juicy J ) both where Singles But after that Marshmello Announced on Twitter that he would be releasing JoyTime , Rolling Stone gave it a 1 and a half star rating and pitchfork gave it 4.2 out of 10 ( I personally like it better than his first album Just Sayin, Rolling Stone Unreliable ) Luckily Marshy Came Back With Mabey His Most Popular Hit, The song was called Happier, He Collabed with Bastille For this Song It was Number One Song in 6 countries, He also appeared On NBC’s Hit show The Voice where he performed Happier with Bastille Live. Shortly After the release of Happier Marshmello Did a single with Amr Diab called Bayen Habeit ( It was really a Meh to me ), After that Marshy Released yet another single with Rapper Roddy Ricch Titled Project Dreams Released December 2018, Once again Marshmello released another single with Scottish band Chvrches called Here with Me in March 2019. Again Marshy Released a Mini Album with X RBE Called Roll the Dice. So the story with The next single Titled Rescue Me, a Collab with Rock band A day to Remember ( Personally not his best work but it was more the lyrics of the song than the music ) It was not only a single it was put on his third album JoyTime III Witch Marshy Collabed with many artists Including CranckDat, Elohim, Flux Pavilion, Wiwek and once again Slushii. Marshmello has now Played in Two Fortnite world cups with his very good friend Richard Tyler Blevins ( Known to the Fortnite Community Including me as Ninja ), He has also done the first ever in game concert for the Fortnite Battle Royal Players and was one of the first real people to allow Fortnite to use his Costume as a Playable Skin.
